well this is deff were u blow off stem lol i was just wondering what this was about there is a town just south of me that is trying to pass golf carts and atvs in town and on country roads but no main roads unless to cross not a bad idea but need some kind of age thing may if with adults or some thing like that but i am a vet and i think that if i can go to war then i should have any write that the us offers to anyone ealse but that is just me so may be 18 and over or like a said have a adult press just my 2cent not wanting to make anyone mad

It looks like to me that you could use all the support you can get to pull this off in Illinois. I just don't see that passing anywhere or it would already have somewhere myself i don't think we need to be on roads in everyones way. I would say that is trouble coming if that passes i personally am not for it.

Lots of mud holes that keep getting larger and deeper
