new spring and hat

well i got the clutch kit from utv unleashed it came with a spring and a new hat that thay say will give u 6 or so mph well i did get more bottom end but top speed is no dif so just letting ppl know that i think u have to get speed limiter to get the extra mph and that is on my 09 teryx
